Foot & Hand fingers pain

When I hurts my leg and hand suddenly, I get severe pain & swelling. The affected area get blackish. This is happening since 2 years. So please suggest the treatment for this. Is acupuncture a convenient treatment for ? So please do the needful.

You need to rule out peripheral vascular disease.Consult a rheumatologist.
