Doctor can you please suggest some foods which helps to strengthen the muscles and bones iam very weak I want to increase my muscle strength and bone weight can you please suggest some foods for South indian Iam doing jogging and walking early in the morning upto 4km and playing badminton at night for 30 minutes

Continue working out Consume plenty of proteinaceous food....like nuts, eggs, milk, dry fruits,. Consume minimum 2-3lts of water per day.
