I am 60 yrs old lady.For past two weeks unable to take food..gas forms n stomach.. defecating loosely..have not taken solid food for 2 weeks

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Rantac-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Ciplox-tz twice a day after food for 3 days. Cap. Cyfolac forte thrice a day half an hour before food for 2 days. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
