I m suffering from folliculitis on hips, thighs, bikini area and elbow...plz suggest me medicine as I m on breastfeeding. Continous Itching is also there

Kindly consult online.If it is folliculitis antibiotic  creams are sufficient if mild and systemic antibiotic if severe.But require correct diagnosis to initiate treatment
