Today my abdominal sonography done for follicular study... follicles in right ovary are 17.13 and ET 7.4 Please tell me when I m going to ovulate..as I m trying for pregnancy..

Hi You repeat your scan in a day or two. Optimum size of follicle is around 20-21 mm before ovulation. After that you can ovulate in 36-48 hrs. You can connect  me for further guidance.
