I am 29 yrs old & trying for baby from last 2 months. Dctr suggested to Ovulation monitoring & today I got my first scanning. Report shows "Endometrium shows evidence of hyperchoic focus in the fundus measuring 0.8X0.6cms with vascularity-suggestive of endometrial polyp". what does it mean? is this sever problem? I am not getting periods regularly

Yes it is a pathology which can cause irregular periods, intermittent bleeding, , harmonal imbalance ,and also concieving issues .
