On my 12th day of my periods, my first follicular metry test shows such results.
Please explain me will I be able to conceive

I am 26, I am trying since 1year to conceive.
UTERUS:
Antiverted & measures : 6.4x4.7x2.9 cms.
Endometrical Thickness measures : 6.5mm.
RIGHT OVARY:
measures : 4.1x2.8cms. multiple follicles (10-12) seen in right ovary.
largest follicle measures : 18x14mm.
LEFT OVARY:
measures : 4.2x1.9cms. multiple follicles (10-12) seen in right ovary.
largest follicle measures : 8x7mm.
NO FREE FLUID SEEN IN POD
