On day 12, my right follicle size is 13.6x 10.5 mm and left follicle size is 10 x 9.4 mm and endometrial thickness is 8.5 mm. Please confirm is it normal and will i be able to conceive

The size of Follicles doesn't increase in mathematical proportion in relation to day of the cycle. So, your growth of Follicle may be normal and you may release an ovum in the next 3-4 days.
