  4. Follicular monitoring. Be the reason?

On 12 th day my both ovaries are showing MSF and endometrial thickness is 7.3 mm. Last 2 months follicles were growing correctly but this month it's showing MSF. I don't have PCOS. What might be the reason? All my other reports are normal.
