Follicle size on day 12

Hi on my day 12 my follicle size is 16×13 mm on right ovary and on left it is 9×8 mm . When will it get ruptured? Or I have to wait for next cycle ?

Dear Practo user, this follicular monitoring has shown good results. Continue every alternate day. Once the follicle is 18 mm, your Doctor will give you a trigger for ovulation. Do not wait for natural ovulation. The fertile period is the day after the trigger and the next day to it as well. You can go for natural intercourse or IUI. Continue the follicular monitoring by repeating after 1 day gap Follicular size at 18-20 mm is adequate or good and considered to rupture. U can have unprotected intercourse after that! Have folic acid 5 mg 1 tab daily

either yr gynecologist can give some injection to trigger the OVULATION after FOLLICLE reaches 18-20 mm or u can have unprotected intercourse.
