I took letrozole 2.5 mg/day for 5 days in this cycle. On day 13 and 15 the follicle size on follicular monitoring was 16.5. On day 18, it was not seen on ultrasound. What are the chances of pregnancy with a follicle size of 16.5?? Thanks

It is possible it ruptured. But there are other signs present on ultrasound when a follicle ruptures.
