Follicle and Endometrium thickness

My follicle size is 14*10mm on 18th day left ovary and no DF on the right ovary and ET is 6.4mm only. I get periids every 28 to 30 days. This time I got it on 30 days. Becoz of the ET there is less growth of follicles? Also the report says seedling of uterine fibriods sebserosal. Please advice treatment method and causes.

Hi. Because the growth of the follicle is less ET is less .No need to do anything about seedling fibroids which is subserosal .
