I hv pcos or pcod since 2009.i hv been on medication on and off since then...i wish to concieve latr this year...is it beneficial fr me to start havng folic acid tablets frm now ? plz advise

If u are having regular periods and ur ovulation study is good u can take folic acid tabs .
