Foamy urine with Normal KFT

I have foamy urine from last 6 months, done many times KFT and urine tests . My KFT , Urine Routine, UACR=9.2, 24 hr urine protein and creatinine and ultrasound all reports are within normal range. I am really concerned what is the reason for it? Additional symptoms- mild under eye puffiness and mild ankle swelling while travelling only.

Reduce salt intake and a proper sleep routine should help.
