During pregnancy , there is physiological proteinuria , the normal value of which is upto 0.3 gms(upcr less than 0.3)...Non pregnancy states - normal is less than 0.15 gms..so its alright for the time being..as this state continues for few weeks post pregnancy.. Keep a check on your b.p and proteinuria..by 3-6 months everything should settle down..

No these changes are secondary to your pregnancy,if this persists after 3 months of delivery then you should get evaluated
