My baby is 4 months old. Since the past three days he had been passing the stool three times a day. Sometimes it is green, sometimes it is yellow and sometimes yellow with greenish line in between. Stool looked very foamy and jelly like (mucus like). Should I take him to doctor??? 3 stools a day, is it normal??? Why is it foamy???

Usually change in consistency and colour of the stools occurs after starting  foods other than breast milk, if you started complementary foods ,it is too early to start
