For the last 10 day my left ear is heavy & fluid is coming & since 2 years I have shortness of breath , cough with phelgem also

U r having severe infection in ear and lungs get treated immediately with appropriate antibiotics.
Next Steps
do a chest xray and consult a pulmonologist and ent surgeon.
