What medicine to give to 2 yr old child who is down with flu? his weight 8.9 kg... As there is no doctor available currently... Can you pls prescribe medicine to treat flu?

Hi.. you have not mentioned what symptoms the child is having and since how many days.. you can give paracetamol for fever
