My friend was tensed and saying that there is a liquid flowing from his neck from 6-7 years but no pain . is this serious or he will be OK .. Please provide some suggestions .

Hello, I went through your query,  liquid flowing from neck!!!????  From 6_7yrs!!??  It is hard to come to conclusion,  without examining it,  it could be just draining sinus,  in that case it can be surgically removed,  or something else.  Please get back with details with a photo or consult general surgeon.
