Floaters are degenerative changes. Most of the times they are harmless. If your retinal examination was normal nothing to worry. It does not resolve but you will learn to ignore it. You though need a regular check up for your keratoconus

Floaters in eyes is generally related to jelly like structure called vitreous inside the eye, close to retina. It can be physiological due to normal changes in the vitreous, but sometimes it can be pathological too, that might lead to further complications.
Next Steps
You need a dilated evaluation to know its cause. Consult an ophthalmologist in person for the same.
Health Tips
It shouldnot be ignored, get it checked once to rule out any cause for it.

Hi .. You must be getting regular checks by a doc.if all is ok with your eyes after check up, some floaters are ok . These are degenerative changes and very common. There is no definitive treatment for this. If any time ..floaters suddenly increase or you get flashes or vision is blocked. Consult your doctor immediately .
