My upper incisor broken at its neck & remains attached smoothly before six years ago. Still no color change, not ossified and float simply, what shall I do?

See a dentist and get an Xray done as soon as possible. Its not safe to keep the tooth in that state as the broken hanging part may get swallowed or may get into lung cavity and cause severe complications.
