At your age, floaters may be a normal phenomenon. They were probably there before surgery, but as your vision improved post surgery, they are more clearly visible to you now. You will learn to live with them and no treatment is required as long as they don't impair vision and interfere with your daily activities. Your glaucoma seems under control but i cannot say for sure till i can examine your optic disc. The OCT you have attached has a poor signal strength of 49 and may not be reliable. Make sure you use the eye drops prescribed regularly.
