I take daily carrot and beetroot juice. And sleep early but still floaters are there how do I get rid of them. I didn't notice them for long but after a casual talk with my friends they really frightened me a lot. Is it psychological? I am in an anxiety attack now, Kindly plz help me.

Hello Floaters are benign in majority of patients. I myself have floaters ( 3 in number)in my left eye. As you are high myopic, regular retina examination by retina specialist is recommended. if retina is okay then don't worry about these floaters. Just avoid paying attention to them. Your mind will take care of rest

You should consult a vitreo retinal surgeon for retina examination. If all is ok you don't need to worry. You should get your retina examined every 6 months to one year or as your Dr advises. Since your power is -14D, your retina will definitely be weak. So take good care, but at the same time don't worry.
