It's 5th week pregnancy, is flight journey safe ? Flight duration 1:30 mins. Please let me know cases

Ideally any sort of travel should be avoided in early pregnancy. However if its mandatory and really important then you cn travel. However avoid all sorts of jerks and take antiemetic in flight.
