Sir he is 7mnth old...plz tell his flat head will correct itself or not .plz sir m worried...is there any Dr in India who fix it..may b some specialist

By itself, it can't be corrected (though this flat head is difficult to assess in the pics you've uploaded) You may try bandaging the head AFTER proper consultation with a neurosurgeon. Correction of craniosynostosis is surgical. You would require neurosurgery consultation for that too.
