Since when r u experiencing these symptoms and when was the last time u had thorough check up by an ophthalmologist including dilated eye examination......high myopics tend to develop posterior vitreous detachment ( gel inside your eye gets separated from retina ) at an early age.this condition may be causing the sypmtoms u have been experiencing.....observe if these sypmtoms persist or they have decreased....if they persist or increase or develop at a different site then surely see an opthalmologist....n  better see an ophthalmologist if the sypmtoms are of recent onset .....dey will do detailed examination n tell u the next step....whether there is any need for laser treatment or how regularly you should follow up with them ....
