Flank pain after dengue

I had dengue last month end. I started getting severe back pain 2 weeks ago. I understood recently that it seems like pain inside body related to the area where kidney is. Though it is not that severe now a days, It still exists. No blood in urine or other urinary problems. I wanted to know anything serious.

Get a urine examination routine and microscopic along with the ultrasonography of abdomen especially for KUB region. If no abnormality,only symptomatic treatment is required with follow up & observation
