Flaky skin on nose

Hello, I have dry peeling skin on my nose and nothing seems to get rid of it. I have dry patches elsewhere too but if i use a rich moisturiser i tend to get little bumps/spots on my face. Nothing seems to help with my nose, regardless of the products i use. Any advice?
