I am expereiencing strechy, rough and dry patch on top lip from 3 months. Earlier it was on top right lip now it is spread to top left lip. Tried lip balms, petroleum jelly, aloe vera gel..still i dnt get rid of this dry patch. I am attching the pic of dry flake coming off my lips.
