First step is to know whether you actually have high bp or not ? It seems that atleast your bp is borderline high if not grossly. You should adapt lifestyle improvements- salt restriction , lots of fruits and green vegetables in diet, no junk or fatty food, stop smoking if u r smoker. Any moderate exercise for 20-30 mins atleast daily , no problem with that.
Then reassess your bp in few days.
