How to do a fitness test of myself? I am 5.5 and weight is 65-70.what is the measure. Like some exercise or task I have to complete in certain time?

Fitness test - it’s all about yur endurance ( ability to carry out an activity for prolonged time ) Example for your age - try to do squats with comparison with d other person (yur friend) of yur age . The ability to do more squats than yur friend with out any exhaustion gives yur fitness rate
Next Steps
Just give a try vth yur friend - walking for 10kms distance/ cycling for 10kms / squats 100/ skipping rope -100 rounds

Depends on what you want it for? BMI is for weight versus height ratio. Illinois Agility test, beep tests, hand grip, sit and reach, vertical jump, skin fold test, star excursions test and many other sport specific tests are there. These are to list a few. I would suggest that you go to fitness trainer and get your self tested, based on where you want to be in the future
