My father in law age 65 suffering from fistula problem. Now he is taking ayurvedic treatment. In that doctor making incision without anastasia on affected part & pouring medicine. In last fortnight same procedure done 3-4 times. He is feeling unconscious. Is it right way to treat?? Please guide

Hello der according to allopathy without anaesthesia an incision is never given.....if given patient may become unconscious due to severe bleeding or intolerable pain kindly shift him to hospital immediately consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
