Fistula in ano
From 1-2 years there is discomfort in anal region with pus discharge. when i consulted for this it was fistula in ano. it will be ok with few days of medication and again comes back with same intensity and trouble.

Hello, fistula in ano is known as Bhagandara where in there is a abnormal tract usually due to a untreated abscess(in the anal region). Kshara sutra treatment is a established therapy for this where in the final result is same as surgery but with less recurrence rates. A rectal scan/ fistulogram would help to locate the tract and the treatment can be planned accordingly.
