  4. Fissures pain. And tablet i can use?

Sir i am facing severe pain in anal area during stool passing. Since a week. I experienced this sometime last month or so but quickly went off. In the past s o me years ago in 2014 and 2018 or so.    I am using some gel over the counter and dolo for pain relief. Any antibiotic ointment and tablet I can use? No bleeding. I am having isabgul also.
