I have fissure pblm after csection now I have 3 months baby. I used cromfine syrup daily passing stools normal. How to avoid fissure pblm lifelong

HELLO,   ANOVATE OINTMENT APPLY LOCALLY WITH FINGER PROPERLY ALL AROUND INSIDE ANAL MUCOSA TWO TIMES A DAY FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. SEITZ BATH TAKE ON TUB FILLED WITH HOT WAETR ADD FOUR LIDS OF BETADINE SOLUTION N SIT IN IT FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN MINUTE TWO TIMES A DAY FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. OK.
