I have been suffering from pain in anus area after washroom for about 1 month I checked with my GP and he said its Fissure.. He gave CiploxTzH Tab, Rinifol Tab, Smuth Laxative and Anovate cream. After a week my pain was quite less but I had scares of something more troubling so I checked up with Surgeon.. He checked internally and said i have Fissure n 2 Piles Grade III (with a lump outside anus) and advised surgery. Scared from "Surgery" i checked with other Surgeon and he too said the same but since not much painful surgery can b delayed and avoided if there is no recurrence.. 2nd surgeon gave me 2%Dilgel and said to apply it to treat fissures. when i apply Dilgel, i feel terrible burning around that Lump of Piles coming out of anus.. Upon following up he said burning will subside in 2 3 days. Please advise if 2%Dilgel is good for treating Piles and Fissures? What should I do ahead? Also is applying coconut oil internally good to treat fissures?
