Fissure but no constipation

Hello doctor My father is suffering from fissure. He does not have constipation issue or any other digestion problem still this disease. He has visited multiple doctors and has been taking medicines since last 6 months including ayurvedic too. Doctors are saying no operation required is not in that bad state but he is very uneasy due to this as problem keeps coming and going. Please suggest.
