My maid was preparing to make a dish when bone of cat fish(it was alive)got stuck in his thumb,though it has been removed he is writhing in severe pain...has not been able to sleep for 2 days...taking pain killer and antibiotics(ciplox d,ampilox 250mg) but not not helping...plz suggest what to do...
