My sister begins her perdiods She is 12 year old She started bleeding from 4 may and its been 10 days still her periods are on Earlier flow of blood was heavy now brown blood spots are coming Can someone suggest me what should I do for her...any medication tips please

Hi, Menstrual cycle in the beginning may be irregular. Sometimes blood flow during periods its high sometimes its low, and period length also varies. Kindly, observe her cycles from now on and consult a Gynaec for any problem
