Dear Doctor, Please have a look in the attached picture of my fingure and suggest what medicine should be taken.

Hi. Looks like you have a paronychia. You can dip your finger in warm water with dettol for 15 minutes twice a day and use T-bact ointment 3 times a day along the nail margin. But if the swelling increases it ll need a drainage of pus.
