Hello sir, this is sudha. after washing dishes my fingers become black and dirty. please consult me what should i do to avoid this

You may be suffering from hand eczema which is a kind of irritant contact dermatitis due to use of detergents during washing of clothes or utensils. Cracks and thickened skin on palms can be seen in this. Please avoid detergent for some time.
