Done something to my finger,nail has come up, but still hanging on , the nails going black, but full of blood and yellow stuff underneither which is also leaking out, whole finger is blue/purple,swollen, got a pounding sensation feel like something's trying to burst, it's completely numb, and tingling, any advice please?
