While working in the plant, some fine powder particles entered into my friend's eye. So how to remove those?

You will have to take him to an ophthalmologist, get a detailed eye check up done on a magnifying instrument Called slit lamp to check if any particles are in the eye . Also an eye wash might be needed and an antibiotic eye drops to overcome any infection of present .
