I am finding difficult to see bright screen or digital screen as it causes glare and eye pain. After watching a digital screen for prolong time, I find difficult to see distant object. It becomes blur to some extent. Also my eye pain especially the left eye. However it becomes normal after particular period of time. I have myopia in both eye. -0.25 spherical and -0.25 cylindrical in left eye and -0.25 spherical in right eye. Is it due to dry eyes?

Your symptoms are similar to that of computer vision syndrome. It is caused not only by computers but also due to other  digital screens. Dryness of the eyes is one of the main symptoms.
Next Steps
Use Refresh Tears eye drops-1drop- 6times a day in both eyes Do not look at the digital screen continuously for long hours Take your eyes off the screen every 20 minutes, look at some distant object 20feet away for 20seconds
