Fibula broken while playing football and tibula moved away slightly outwards, after 5 months of surgery i had plates and screw on my fibula and rod in ankle for 2 months . And now its 6 months from fracture i can't run jump

You might want to wait a little more before you can run or jump. You have to follow a rehab protocol to get back to sports soon
