Firstly since ur wife conceive spontaneously with fibroids it’s unlikely that fibroids will pose a problem to conceive Secondly the size of fibroids are less and away from cavity There is no way that they may pose a problem in future Thirdly u say the baby heartbeat didn’t come which means that there may be a problem with the fetus itself that was formed and nature has a way to reject whats not normal I would suggest you to not get disheartened now Plus one pregnancy loss doesn’t call out to get investigations done which wouldn’t be fruitful at present I would suggest you to wait for a month now and again try after one month Meanwhile take nutritious diet and folic acid supplements and all the best for ur future plans
