Hi Doctor, I m trying to conceive from last 1 year. It's not happening. I have intramural fibroid 3x3cm. I don't know because of fibroid I m not able to conceive. 1 IUI also failed. Now Dr is telling about fibroid removal. My question is does fibroid cause any problem to conceive?. This is minor surgery or major one? And which surgery is the best
