Mam i am 31 years old and recently during my regular USG report it confirms i am having a 31.4 mm 28.5 mm intramural sql fibroid in my uterus and an equo free cyst in my left ovary.I am very confused and waiting for an advise.Do i need surgury or medicine will work.

the simple cyst in the ovary can be managed with medicines . the fibroid is also less that 4 cm n if it is not pushing the endometriun there r recent advanced medicines that r v effective   for fibroids ....consult a gynaec for the same.
