Sample taken from lumps in breast whose biopsy reports is fibrocystic disease.there is no history of any cancer with the patient nor in the family.Is surgery required if yes what is the cost if no then what is its cure

If it is fibroadenoma then you might not need further treatment. But at this age cancer should be ruled out with Mammography and if clinically indicated excision biopsy.
