Fibroadenoma size 2.54cm * 1.6cm left

Fibroadenoma size 2.54cm * 1.6cm left breast and size 0.5cm * 0.3 cm in right breast detected through Ultrasound. Doctor advised on removing the lump in left breast. I have to also plan my pregnancy this year. Should I get it removed before getting pregnant or leave it as it is ?

Fibroadenoma is a benign, slow growing tumor which need not be removed immediately other than for cosmetic reasons. You can proceed with your plans of conception .Immediate surgery is not essential.
Next Steps
Consult your surgeon in case you notice sudden changes in the size of breast lumps, pain, discharge from nipples or other secondary changes.
